Camilla Field - I created this journal because it’s the kind of book I wish I had had when I was suffering from anxiety and burnout.
What I really needed to know then, and still need reminding of now, was that healing could come through a mixture of physical,mental and spiritual help.
Inside you will find highlights of what I’ve learned along the way; from practical tips to spiritual insights by great authors, as well prompts, reminders and Bible verses that I have found personally beneficial to improving my mental health.
Instead of a book, I’ve distilled it into a journal form, to give you, the reader, the freedom to journal your own story in the blank pages, whilst finding beacons every few pages to light the way.
My hope is that it might point you towards healing and wholeness - even in some small way - as it has done for me.
